What if Parsley matches the wrong profile
If you think that Parsley has matched the wrong profile on LinkedIn, to the profile in your database, you can manually select the correct profile, or create a new one. Here is what you do:
In the Chrome Extension, click on the 'Go Back' button
Select the correct profile from the list, if the profile is listed.
If the profile does not exist in your ATS/CRM, click on the 'Create new record' button to create a new record and associate it with the correct LinkedIn profile
