Reauthenticate with JobAdder

In rare instances the connection with JobAdder might need to be reset. If you've tried other troubleshooting items like clearing your chrome cache, or reinstalling Parsley and you're still having problems, this might help.

How to disconnect from JobAdder

Please Note: Only an Admin on your Parsley & JobAdder account can do this. If you are not an admin, please ask your admin to follow these steps

In your browser, navigate to:
Click on 'Log In' in the top right hand corner, then enter your Parsley User Name & Password
Click on the 'Integrations' button in the top left hand corner
Under the JobAdder tile, you should see an indicator that you are 'Connected', along with a button to 'Disconnect'.

Disconnect from JobAdder & Reconnect

Click on the 'Disconnect' button.
After it disconnects, you should now see the button change to 'Connect'
Click on the 'Connect' button and follow the prompts to authorize JobAdder

After you have successfully reconnected to JobAdder, go back to your Parsley Chrome Extension. Its best to log out of the chrome extension and then log back in.
