How to Assign and unassign seats to users

Users are not the same thing as seats. With Parsley, you can have as many users as you want in your user list. However, only users with an assigned seat will be able to use the Parsley Chrome Extension. This allows you to easily swap seats between users as needed and only pay for what you need each month.

Before you assign a seat to a user, check to make sure you have enough assigned seats. If your 'Unassigned Seats' count is ZERO, then you'll need to add more seats first.
If you haven't already, be sure and Invite the new user to Parsley
Click the Action button next to the user and then click on 'Assign Seat'



That's it!

Note: To unassign a seat from a user, follow the same steps above. The only difference being you can 'Unassign Seat' instead.
