Changing Billing Method + Accessing Invoices
Parsley uses a third party platform called Stripe to process payments. We have opted to use their Customer Billing Portal for a few things like:
Adding, updating or removing payment methods
Viewing past invoices
This also adds a second layer of protection for your billing information.
How to access the Customer Billing Portal
Click on the 'Billing / Add Seats' Button
Click the 'Update Billing Method' Button
A new browser window will open asking you to Log in to Manage Your Account
Enter your email address as directed. Please use the same email address you used when signing up for Parsley
You will be sent an email with a "Magic Link".
Click the link in the email that was sent to you to be automatically logged in to the Customer Billing Portal.
